Built by someone who has run accounts and built teams.
Retenova is an early-stage project by Monu Shek.
Monu has spent years in customer-facing growth and account management roles at technology companies including Amazon, Dell, HighRadius and DigitalOcean, working with cloud and enterprise software customers.
One thing kept repeating: the moment a deal closes is when the real relationship begins, and it is also when many companies stop paying attention. Retenova is an attempt to give small teams the early warning that larger companies pay a customer success team to provide.
Beyond technology
Monu is the founder and director of the Telangana Differently Abled Wheelchair Cricket Association and vice-captain of the Telangana wheelchair cricket team. When the association started, the state had no wheelchair cricket representation. The team was built from scratch, by recruiting, training and mentoring players, and Telangana is now nationally competitive. Monu received a State-Level Award from the Government of Telangana for promoting disability sports and inclusion.
Building a team from nothing taught him how Retenova will be built: start with the people, listen before you build, and keep showing up.
How we work
- Say what is true. We tell you what works today and what is only planned.
- Explain everything. Every score comes with its reasons, and every rule can be changed.
- Keep your data yours. Private by default, with clear notice before anything changes.
- Listen first. Design partners shape the roadmap.
Work with us
We are looking for a small group of B2B software founders to try Retenova and tell us what is missing. We would also like to hear from engineers who find this problem interesting.
